Luma

Terms of Service

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Ivan Jankovec (Hviezdoslavova 4241/45, 018 41 Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia; Company ID (IČO) 57928240, registered in the Trade Register of the District Office Trenčín, No. 350-54946) ("Luma", "we") about using Luma, an AI assistant that chats with your fans on Fanvue and Telegram in your name. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Luma.

1. Who can use Luma

You must be at least 18 years old and a creator (or someone a creator authorised) with the right to use the Fanvue account and Telegram bot you connect. You use Luma for your own creator business, not as a consumer. You keep your login safe and are responsible for everything done through your account.

2. What Luma does

Luma reads the chats of the accounts you connect and writes replies with AI, in the personality you set up. In Full AI mode it sends them by itself, in AI Assist mode you approve them first. It can offer and send the paid content you made available in your Fanvue vault and share the links you gave it.

AI can make mistakes. It can misunderstand a fan, answer in a way you would not, or offer the wrong photo. You can read every chat, take over any chat, switch a fan to Manual or switch the AI off at any time. The messages Luma sends are sent in your name and are your responsibility.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You follow the rules of Fanvue and Telegram, and the laws that apply to you and your fans.
  • You tell your fans that AI helps you reply where the law or the platform asks you to (Luma helps you with this in AI Disclosure).
  • You own, or have the rights to, all content you sell or send through Luma, and everyone shown in it is an adult who agreed to it.
  • You do not use Luma for anything illegal, for content involving minors or anyone who did not consent, to deceive fans into payments, to harass anyone, or to break into or overload Luma or the platforms it connects to.

4. Credits, plan and payments

Luma works with prepaid credits. A new account gets 100 free credits to try it, once per Fanvue account and Telegram bot. Starting a conversation or a new session with a fan uses credits, and a fee of 10% of the sales the AI makes is taken in credits. The current prices, the Luma Pro plan and every change of your balance are shown in Billing. When your credits run out, the AI stops replying until you top up.

Payments are handled by Stripe. The Luma Pro plan renews every month until you cancel it in Billing; it then runs until the end of the period you paid for. Credits do not expire while your account exists. Payments and used credits are not refunded, except where the law requires it or when Luma charged you by mistake. We may change prices with notice in the app; changes do not affect what you already paid for.

5. Your content and data

Your chats, photos, settings and personality stay yours. You allow us to process them only to run Luma for you: to read chats, write and send replies, and show you statistics. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

Luma is new and is provided as it is. We work to keep it running day and night, but it depends on Fanvue, Telegram and AI providers, and it can be unavailable or have bugs. Please tell us about them in Report a bug. We may improve, change or remove features.

7. Ending

You can stop using Luma at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, harms fans or other creators, or puts Luma or the platforms at risk; where possible we tell you first.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, Luma is not liable for lost sales or profits, for actions Fanvue or Telegram take on your accounts, or for indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and for important changes we tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, and its courts decide disputes, unless the law says otherwise.

10. Contact
